Return & Refund Policy

At Rozanna, we want every customer to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests only for products that are:

  • Received damaged.

  • Received defective or non-functional.

  • Incorrect or different from the product ordered.

To request a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at officialrozanna@gmail.com.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product. Our team will review the request and determine whether the order qualifies for a return.

Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Wrong size, colour, model or variant selected by the customer.

  • Products that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Orders where the customer refuses delivery without a valid product-related issue.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method, depending on the payment method used for the order.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Important

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Rozanna reserves the right to reject a return or refund request if the request does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
